If you do not agree, you must not use or access the System, its materials, or any connected communication platforms (including email, Telegram, or hosted funnels).
2. Purpose of the System: The Zero-Chase Marketing System is an educational and marketing support platform created to help independent affiliates and wellness entrepreneurs build brand awareness, generate leads, and duplicate proven marketing workflows. It is not a guarantee of income, employment, or partnership with any company
3. Independent Affiliate Status All participants are independent affiliates, not employees, partners, or agents of the creator, system administrator, or any associated brand (including Super Patch or Dees Patches Work). You are solely responsible for your business decisions, compliance with local laws, and proper disclosure of your independent status in marketing communications.
4. Use License You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials, templates, and training within the System for your personal or business use. You may not reproduce, resell, or publicly distribute proprietary material without permission.
5. Earnings and Performance All income examples, case studies, or testimonials are provided for educational purposes only. Results vary based on personal effort, skills, market conditions, and consistency. There are no income guarantees, and past performance does not ensure future success.
6. System Updates and Modifications The creator reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any feature of the Zero-Chase Marketing System without prior notice. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
7. Data and Privacy By using the System, you consent to the collection and storage of limited data necessary for lead tracking, communication, and performance analytics. No user financial or medical data is collected directly.
8. Limitation of Liability Under no circumstances shall the creator, administrators, or associated brands be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from your use or inability to use the System.
9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state of your primary business operation.
